- Hub operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational profitability, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with operational SOPs and service standards.
- Managing daily logistics and hub operational activities efficiently, handling customer issues, preparing dashboards, reports, and operational reviews, and ensuring compliance with operational processes and service agreements.
- The role also requires financial coordination, team coordination, and the ability to manage employee engagement and workforce coordination activities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
