We are looking for a driven and resilient International Voice Process Associate to join our US night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end communication process, focusing heavily on outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume call environment, possesses exceptional English communication skills, and has a proven track record in international voice processes.
Mandatory Requirement: This role strictly requires Excellent/Fluent English communication skills with a clear, professional accent. Candidates must be highly articulate and comfortable engaging with native English speakers.
Key Responsibilities
· High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make 100 to 150 outbound cold calls daily during working hours to prospects in the US market.
· End-to-End Process Management: Manage the entire communication lifecycle, from initial contact and pitch to lead qualifying and closing/routing.
· Lead Generation & Engagement: Engage potential customers professionally, understand their needs, and effectively deliver product/service pitches.
· Objection Handling: Confidently navigate rejections, answer queries, and counter objections in a fast-paced environment.
· Data Maintenance: Accurately update call logs, lead statuses, and customer information in the CRM system after every interaction.
· Targets & Quality: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets while maintaining high quality-assurance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months experience in an International Voice Process (experience in outbound cold calling is a major plus).
· Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent and strong active listening abilities.
· Work Schedule Flexibility: Must be comfortable working regular, fixed night shifts aligned with US business hours.
· Resilience & Drive: Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls daily while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer operations, dialer systems, and CRM software.
· Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience specifically in US B2B or B2C outbound cold calling sales/lead generation.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to handle cold prospects.
· Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
