The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and revenue generation of AEC Residency.
The primary focus of this position is room sales and revenue generation. The Hotel Manager will be expected to actively work towards achieving monthly business targets while ensuring smooth hotel operations and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive room sales and improve hotel occupancy.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase monthly room revenue.
· Manage online and offline room sales channels.
· Handle day-to-day hotel operations.
· Supervise and manage hotel staff.
· Ensure proper front-office, housekeeping, and guest-service operations.
· Monitor room availability, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
· Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and service issues.
· Maintain appropriate operational standards.
· Monitor hotel expenses and operational efficiency.
· Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
· Prepare regular occupancy, sales, revenue, and operational reports.
· Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
· Ensure that the hotel premises and facilities are maintained properly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
