We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day billing, accounts, and store operations at Kunal Sales Agency. You will be the backbone of our back-office — keeping records accurate, stock in order, and finances on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, receipts, and billing statements accurately and on time.
- Maintain day-to-day accounts — record income, expenses, and transactions in ledgers or accounting software.
- Manage store inventory — track stock levels, record inward/outward goods, and flag low-stock situations.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, purchase reports, and account statements.
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all cash transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (Commerce preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or store management.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, or similar accounting/billing tools.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Honest, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
