We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting property options, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
