2+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Event Sponsorship, Concept Marketing, Integrated Media Sales. Exposure in National/ Regional Clients & Ad Agencies/FMCG Sales/Banking & Insurance/Institutional Sales/. Industry orientation with a liking for planning & detailed working.
Education: Graduate/Post - Graduate (Preference to Management Degree Holders)
Job Profile:
Ø Responsible for consistently meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets (Vijay Karnataka & Bangalore Mirror) in Bangalore Region.
Ø Manage the team in conceiving and executing Special Projects, Multimedia Solutions & Sponsorship for In House property.
Ø Work closely with Functional Heads for Ideation/ Implementation of special on ground projects.
Ø Driving Response team to consistently maintain a forward, robust business pipeline for MMCL Brands.
Ø Conduct high-level meetings with business associates and develop relevant customized solutions for the clients. Also, maintain and strengthen relationship with the existing/new customers.
Ø Own and lead the sales process to enhance existing partnerships through up-selling and cross-selling of product and sales optimization.
Ø Identify, prospect, and curate new business account growth in time-bound manner.
Ø Motivate Response Team to manage and succeed in day-to-day sales process.
Ø Keep an eye on industry development and drive process of unlearning & relearning the latest practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
