Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, real estate partnerships, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and HNI clients.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their design needs, budget, and timelines; pitch HomeStyles’ offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
- Represent HomeStyles at industry events, exhibitions, and open houses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the interior design, real estate, or allied industry.
- Strong network in real estate and interior design industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to understand design language and coordinate with design teams.
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-starter with a passion for interiors and design.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
