Reporting To: Principal Designer / Design Head
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to create high-quality 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects. The candidate will work closely with the design and execution teams to translate design concepts, layouts, and specifications into realistic 3D views, walkthroughs, and presentation material.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D interior and architectural visualizations based on approved design concepts, drawings, and client briefs
- Prepare photo-realistic renders, walkthroughs, and still images for client presentations
- Interpret 2D drawings, layouts, and BOQs and convert them into accurate 3D models
- Work on materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and accessories to achieve realistic outputs
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Revise and update 3D views based on client feedback and design changes
- Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics, design intent, and project timelines
- Assist in creating mood boards, concept visuals, and presentation decks when required
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high visual quality
Software & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender (any one or more)
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (for understanding drawings)
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop for post-processing
- Understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and scale
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Visualization
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in interior or architectural visualization
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Good understanding of interior design principles and materials
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Clear communication and ability to understand design intent
