Job Title: RTO Coordinator (TVS Showroom)
The RTO Coordinator is responsible for handling all vehicle registration, documentation, and RTO-related processes for customers purchasing vehicles from the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit vehicle registration documents (RC)
- Coordinate with RTO office for:
- Registration number
- Number plate process
- Handle temporary & permanent registration
- Verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof)
- Update RTO status in system / Excel
- Follow up with customers for pending documents
- Ensure timely delivery of RC & number plate
- Maintain records of all vehicles sold
Qualification
- Any Degree (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience
Skills Required
- Basic Excel & computer knowledge
- Good communication (Tamil + basic English)
- Attention to detail
- Coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
