Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential files.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or escalating as required.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, and other executive support activities.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Preferred Requirements:
- Willingness to travel, if required.
- Flexible to work beyond standard office hours when necessary.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.03 - ₹35,000.02 per month
