Job Title: Receptionist cum TelecallerJob Description:
- Handling front desk and welcoming visitors/clients professionally
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Making outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
- Providing information about company services and offers to clients
- Maintaining call records, visitor records, and daily reports
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with team members
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely
- Managing emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic office coordination
- Supporting sales/marketing team in lead conversion activities
- Ensuring proper communication and coordination within the office
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 0–2 years experience in Reception / Telecalling / Customer Handling
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
- Polite behavior and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or sales calling
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools (optional)
