You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, supporting competitive intelligence, commercial analytics, and financial performance tracking to enable informed business decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing investments, promotional activities, pricing trends, and competitor initiatives across categories and markets. You will help maintain commercial models, forecast performance, monitor competitive activity, and generate insights that support strategic planning, market assessments, and commercial effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to reporting automation, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc analytical projects that strengthen business understanding and competitive positioning.
What are we looking for? • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and large dataset analysis • Experience working with business intelligence, reporting, or dashboarding tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and identify business implications • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in fast-paced environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders • Experience with pricing analytics, promotional effectiveness, or marketing investment analysis • Exposure to P&L management, forecasting, and commercial performance reporting • Knowledge of competitive intelligence, market research, or category analysis methodologies • Experience supporting strategic planning, scenario analysis, or business simulations
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models related to marketing investment, promotional spend, pricing, and commercial performance • Track and analyze pricing trends, actuals, and forecast variances across categories, geographies, and channels • Build and maintain pricing, spend, and performance dashboards using business intelligence and reporting tools • Develop and update brand-level P&L views, commercial scorecards, and long-term forecast models • Extract, validate, and consolidate data from internal reporting platforms and external competitive intelligence sources • Monitor competitor promotional activities, campaign investments, and market movements to identify trends and opportunities • Analyze commercial KPIs and performance metrics to support business planning and decision-making • Synthesize internal and external data into concise insights, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders • Support strategic initiatives such as market assessments, planning workshops, scenario analysis, and competitive simulations • Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to stakeholder requests in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and proper documentation across analytical outputs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support commercial strategy development
