The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality visual designs across print and digital media. This role requires strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and production workflows within the printing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects from concept to final output.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development
- Lead the creative process from concept to final design for branding, advertising campaigns, marketing materials, packaging, and promotional items.
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand identity and client objectives.
- Create design mockups, presentations, and prototypes as required.
- Graphic Design & Production
- Design and produce high-quality artworks for brochures, posters, banners, flyers, product packaging, outdoor advertising, and digital assets.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color management, resolution, and formatting.
- Work closely with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Software Expertise
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign for design creation, image editing, layout design, and artwork finalization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools, printing standards, and production technologies.
