- Handle complete export and import documentation.
- Prepare and review documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
- Manage customs clearance and ensure timely movement of import and export shipments.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs, DGFT, GST, and other trade regulations.
- Handle import/export licenses, registrations, and statutory documentation as required.
- Coordinate with banks for Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC), and other banking documentation, where applicable.
- Monitor duty payments, exemptions, export incentives, and related documentation.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, customs issues, and logistics-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, finance, and sales teams.
- Negotiate and coordinate freight rates and logistics services with service providers.
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, costs, delays, and EXIM activities.
- Guide junior EXIM executives and support process improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
