We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The ideal candidate will handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, order processing, and marketplace management, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, update, and manage product listings on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, inventory updates, and high-quality images are uploaded.
- Monitor and optimize listings to improve visibility and sales performance.
2. Order Fulfillment & Operations
- Manage daily order processing, tracking, and coordination with the logistics/courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer queries, returns, cancellations, and refund claims efficiently.
- Keep a close check on stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team to prevent out-of-stock situations.
3. Account Health & Reporting
- Monitor the overall health, ratings, and performance of all e-commerce accounts.
- Resolve any listing errors, suppressed listings, or account issues with platform seller support.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and returns data.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
