*Position Overview*
*Role: Sales Executive*
*Location:* Thane and surrounding areas
*Experience:* Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
*Remunesation:*₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives + Bonuses
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead Generation: Actively scout for potential clients through cold calling, digital networking, and field prospecting.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective buyers to understand their requirements.
Property Showcasing: Provide detailed explanations of property features, USPs, and pricing plans to clients.
Deal Closure: Negotiate and guide clients through the documentation process to successfully close sales.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Requirements & Qualifications*
Experience: At least 6 months of proven experience in a sales-driven role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills (Fluency in Hindi/Marathi/English is an advantage).
Conveyance: Candidates owning a bike will be preferred for ease of movement across sites.
Attributes: High energy, persuasive nature, and a strong work ethic.
