Job Description – Maintenance Executive
Position: Maintenance Executive
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance of store lights, ACs, electrical systems, and CCTV hardware.
- Maintain cash counters, store fixtures, and back warehouse (WH) fixtures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of store façade, shutters, and locks.
- Coordinate and resolve all technical maintenance issues.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct daily audits of new and existing stores and take corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail store maintenance or facility management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, ACs, CCTV, and general maintenance.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai stores.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
