Role: Showroom Sales Representative
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma
Experience: 1+ years
We are hiring a Store / Showroom Sales Representative for our furniture retail showroom.Your main role is to welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, explain products clearly, and close sales. You will handle enquiries from store walk-ins, phone calls and WhatsApp leads, and make sure every customer has a smooth buying experience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to customers, retail sales, furniture & home décor, and wants to grow into Store Manager / Sales Lead in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements (size, style, budget, delivery timeline) and recommend suitable products
- Provide complete product explanations including materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, and delivery timelines
- Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, measurements, and delivery updates
- Maintain proper showroom display standards
- Update daily walk-ins, enquiries, quotations, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with factory/backend team regarding order status, customizations, and deliveries
- Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries, and escalate when required
Key Skills/Requirements
- 1–6 years experience as Store Sales Representative / Showroom Sales Representative / Retail Sales Associate
- Confident in interacting with walk-in customers and explaining products clearly
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel / Google Sheets)
- Education: Graduation/diploma(any stream)
- Languages: English+Kannada+Malayalam(Not Mandatory)
- Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)
