Job Description
Position: Floor Supervisor
Department: Retail Operations
Location: Sanqulim Goa
Reports To: Store Manager
Job Purpose
To supervise the day-to-day operations of the sales floor by leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising and inventory standards, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Cashiers.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and conduct team briefings.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Drive daily sales and support the achievement of store targets.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, merchandise is replenished, and displays are maintained.
- Verify correct pricing, barcodes, and product labels on all merchandise.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
- Conduct regular expiry checks and ensure compliance with Magsons' Zero Expiry Policy.
- Operate the billing counter during peak hours or when required.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, statutory requirements, and operational standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock audits, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Report operational issues, customer feedback, and stock concerns to the Store Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above; Graduate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Grocery operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
