Urgent Hiring for Counter Sales Executive for a leading QSR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counter sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Location: Park Street, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
- Help customers with product selection and provide accurate information.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the store team.
- Deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counter sales (Bakery, Café, Retail, or Food & Beverage preferred).
- Basic spoken English with good communication skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Minimum 12th pass
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 in-hand (based on experience)+PF and other benefits
