Job Title: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, exhibitions, and site visits.
- Track market trends, upcoming projects, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
2. Client Relationship & Sales Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, enquiry handling, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
3. Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth execution of client discussions and project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, sales reports, and client documentation.
4. Networking & Market Representation:
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to strengthen market visibility.
- Represent professionally and confidently in the market.
5. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, CRM updates, and business development records.
- Contribute toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client-facing, networking, and negotiation roles.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised professional.
- Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AI-based productivity and reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
