Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate who will be essential support to our Sales and Business Development team. The role will involve supporting Business Development Executives with various tasks related to sales, including managing inquiries from multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and initiate contact.
Manage inquiries from various platforms like websites, India Mart, Trade India, telephonic, and social media.
Maintain a record of inquiries and follow-up status.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Assist in generating leads for the business.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments.
Assist in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain sample tracking, and update recipients about courier details.
Maintain various documents in Excel sheets as instructed by the team leader or department head.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in B2B sales. Freshers can also apply.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English and Hindi
Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
