Responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD Architect:

Architecture s Solution Design:

Lead end-to-end HRSD solution design

Define technical standards and best practices

Create high-level architecture diagrams

Facilitating clarification meetings and technical workshops

Supervising and performing platform configuration and adaptation

Development s Configuration:

Build custom workflows, lifecycle events, and onboarding/offboarding processes
