Job Description
We are hiring an experienced SME Collection Manager for handling SME, Business Loan, collections. Candidate should have strong recovery, negotiation, and field collection experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SME & Business Loan collections
- Manage overdue and delinquent accounts
- Follow up for EMI recovery and payment collection
- Reduce NPA and improve collection efficiency
- Handle field visits and customer meetings
- Coordinate with internal and legal teams
- Maintain daily recovery MIS and reports
- Achieve monthly collection targets
Required Skills
- SME Collection / Recovery experience
- DPD & NPA Management
- Customer Negotiation Skills
- Field Collection Experience
- Business Loan / LAP / HL knowledge
- Good communication skills
