Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at TIDA Sports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for badminton and a proven track record of developing athletes to their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Coaching: Conduct badminton training sessions for athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness.
Player Development: Identify and develop the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete, providing personalized coaching and guidance.
Team Management: Oversee the performance of badminton teams and prepare them for competitions.
Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented badminton players for the academy.
Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of badminton programs and initiatives.
Facility Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of badminton facilities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience as a badminton coach.
Certifications: [List of relevant certifications, e.g., BWF Level 1 Coach, US Badminton Coach, etc.]
