Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural and interior concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural layouts, interior layouts, working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, material specifications, and interior detailing.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related design issues.
- Assist in material selection, design presentations, and client meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high standards of design, functionality, and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design projects
- Experience handling residential and commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
- Knowledge of Lumion, Revit, or Enscape is an added advantage
- Good understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, and interior detailing
- Strong design, visualization, planning, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning
