Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Explain services/courses to potential students/customers
- Maintain call records and follow-up regularly
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales
- Provide proper information with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Confident & polite on calls
- Ability to handle student/customer queries
- Must be target-oriented
