Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Editorial, Sales, Marketing, HR, SEO, IT, and Design teams.
- Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and provide HR support to managers.
- Assist department heads in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
