NVT Quality Lifestyle is seeking a Marketing Operations & Coordination Manager to ensure disciplined, high-quality execution of all marketing initiatives across the real estate group and the in-house Design Studio. This role is coordination-led and execution-focused, responsible for aligning brand, digital, content, video, PR agencies, the Design Studio, and performance marketing partners to deliver marketing outputs that reflect NVT’s quality-first philosophy.
In addition to execution coordination, the role includes structured review of digital campaigns and lead performance to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning & Calendar Management
- Prepare and manage detailed monthly, quarterly, and project-wise marketing calendars.
- Integrate real estate marketing, brand campaigns, digital initiatives, PR activities, Design Studio outputs, and performance marketing into a unified calendar.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and approval checkpoints.
2. Agency, Design Studio & Performance Marketing Coordination
- Act as the single point of coordination for:
– Brand agencies
– Digital and performance marketing agencies
– Content writers
– Video and photography teams
– PR and media agencies
– Internal Design Studio
- Translate approved plans into clear briefs, timelines, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between external agencies, performance teams, and internal design teams.
3. Content, Video & Design Coordination
– Blogs, articles, brochures, presentations, and website content
– Social media content and campaign creatives
– Project walkthrough videos, interviews, testimonials, and milestone videos
– Design Studio outputs including visual assets, layouts, and brand collateral
- Coordinate shoots, site visits, and studio sessions including scheduling, scripting, and approvals.
- Ensure all content, videos, and designs align with brand guidelines and project positioning.
4. Digital Campaign & Lead Review
- Review performance of digital campaigns across platforms (search, social, display).
- Track lead volumes, lead quality indicators, and funnel movement in coordination with Sales and CRM teams.
- Conduct regular reviews with digital agencies to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Highlight gaps, inefficiencies, or misalignment between campaign objectives and lead outcomes.
- Support optimization discussions without direct hands-on campaign execution.
5. Review & Quality Control
- Review all creatives, content, videos, design outputs, and digital assets for:
– Brand consistency
– Accuracy and clarity
– Quality of presentation
– Compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate feedback, revisions, and final approvals.
- Ensure only approved materials are released across channels.
6. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to align campaigns with lead generation, site visits, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with Projects and Planning teams for milestone communication and on-site branding.
- Align with the Design Studio on priorities, capacity planning, and timelines.
- Support leadership with execution clarity and structured updates.
7. Execution Tracking, Reporting & Governance
- Track execution against approved calendars, scopes, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Identify risks, delays, quality gaps, or performance issues early and drive resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly execution and performance status reports.
- Ensure discipline in execution and prevent unapproved or ad-hoc marketing releases.
Candidate Profile:
Experience & Background
- 5 – 10 years of experience in real estate marketing, marketing operations, or agency coordination.
- Strong experience coordinating content creation, video production, design workflows, and digital campaigns.
- Prior experience working with in-house design teams and multiple external agencies is essential.
- Exposure to premium or quality-led brands preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
