We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Salesmen/Saleswomen for our furniture showroom. The candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture products, explain product features, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, warranty, and offers.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Maintain showroom display and product arrangement neatly.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales.
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams for smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
- Update customer details and sales reports in the system.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree preferred.
- Experience in retail or furniture sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Fluency in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
