We are authorized dealers/distributors for renowned brands including Jaquar & Essco, Parryware, Prince Pipes, Ashirvad Pipes, Jindal Pipes, Johnson Tiles, Sintex, Birla White, Ultratech, and many more.
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Store Keeper / Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, warehouse operations, dispatches, and logistics efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in both physical warehouse and Tally ERP
- Ensure no mismatch between physical inventory and system inventory
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
- Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages, and wastage
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, dispatch, and storage
- Ensure proper space utilization and material organization
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Prevent stock damage, pilferage, and material losses
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Communicate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for smooth dispatch operations
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites
- Maintain dispatch records and delivery documentation
Team Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse staff, helpers, loaders, and office team
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, stores, and logistics departments
Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and accountability
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/store management
- Knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse best practices
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and integrity
- Ability to manage both skilled and unskilled workers efficiently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
