Job Overview
Avodha Edutech is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Tutor to train and guide students in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to explain HR concepts clearly to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR training sessions for students
- Prepare and deliver engaging classroom sessions
- Support students with assignments, projects, and doubt clarification
- Guide students in HR-related topics such as recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback
- Maintain attendance and training records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Teaching or training experience is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Passion for mentoring and student development
