SALARY: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (in-hand, based on experience)
HOURS: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Videography & Shooting:
- Shoot short/long-form videos and photos for campaigns, reels, ads, product shoots
- Create platform-optimized video content for social media, website, and paid ads
- Manage camera, lighting, sound, and visual execution for shoots
- Plan shoots, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping videos with strong storytelling
- Edit videos aligned to brand aesthetics with cinematic look
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
- Optimize video formats based on performance insights
- Animate graphics/text using After Effects
Graphic Design:
- Design graphics for social media posts, banners, thumbnails
- Create motion graphics
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in Videography/Cinematography and Video Editing (Fashion/D2C preferred)
- Strong portfolio/showreel of Fashion and D2C brand work (menswear experience a plus)
- Proficiency in cameras, lighting, gimbals, and editing tools (Premiere Pro, FCP, After Effects, DaVinci)
- Pro in video editing and graphic design tools
- Eye for composition, colour grading, and visual storytelling
- Up-to-date with social media content trends and short-form content
- Detail-oriented, creative, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
