- Assist in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Help in document handling, photocopying, and filing.
- Run office errands, such as delivering documents or purchasing office supplies.
- Ensure workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas are tidy.
- Support staff with minor office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of office operations.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Physically fit to handle minor lifting and movement of office items.
