Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between project sites, management, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Track project progress against schedules and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, MOMs, DPRs, and documentation.
- Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely execution of work.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, BOQs, billing, and contractor activities.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, and compliance documents.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
