Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Business Relationship Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure seamless project coordination, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, project execution, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, project status, and relationship management activities.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
