Job Purpose:
Responsible for the daily supervision, discipline, safety, cleanliness, and welfare of hostel residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise residents and maintain discipline.
- Monitor attendance and entry/exit records.
- Monitor security and visitor access.
- Coordinate housekeeping, food, and maintenance services.
- Maintain hostel registers and incident reports.
- Report serious issues to the Warden/Management.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle emergencies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
