The incumbent shall be responsible for: -
To develop and grow Dealers network for the company initially in North and than PAN India.
To develop and manage effectively sales distribution network to meet business objectives
Achieving targets related to market share, reach, Addressability, volume etc.
Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.
Creates awareness and demand for company products.
Maintain commercial discipline in sales
Receivables Management
Team Management and training of Team if assigned.
Skills Required
Channel Strategy Development
Strong business and technical mindset.
Proven track record in managing Channel Partners.
Good team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate.
Uses experience to reduce exposure to technical risk on contracts.
Analyse issues, Establish plans, Know the business, Act with integrity.
