Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all civil construction activities, including RCC, structural steel, and finishing works.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure construction quality meets design requirements.
- Review and approve construction materials, mix designs, and workmanship as per project standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to address quality-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to quality control.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Train site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction.
- Support project handover processes, ensuring all quality documentation is completed.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
