- Audit and process travel expense reports from employees according to the Travel & Expenses process and country guidelines.
- Manage the inbox and ensure compliance with the service SLAs by responding in a timely manner to employees.
- Identify process improvements and share them with the team to find solutions.
- Ensure accurate analysis for employee payments in a timely manner and proper accounting in SAP.
Work closely with the T&E Americas team to ensure the quality of services and E2E processes, with cross-region topics.

- Degree in Accounted Public, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience in positions in customer services or accounting areas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
