MasterKey Media is looking for a confident and communication-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely communication.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email and should possess strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the concerned internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding requirements, approvals, payments, updates, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Provide clients with regular updates regarding their work.
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations and follow-ups.
- Update client details and status in CRM systems/Google Sheets.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and strengthening client relationships.
- Work towards assigned relationship management and sales targets.
- Prepare regular client status and follow-up reports for management.

Salary & Incentives
During Probation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Probation Period: 3 months
After Probation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives
Incentive: 1% of sales, subject to applicable company terms and performance.
Note: Salary after probation will be determined based on performance during the probation period.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
