We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architectural Project Engineer to join our Structural and interior solutions team. Specializing in steel structures, dry partition walls, ceilings, cladding and premium fittings. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural design, technical site execution, and client engagement. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into tangible structural drawings and ensuring their seamless information flow to the on-site installation team.
Key Responsibilities
· Drafting & Design: Prepare precise and highly detailed structural and architectural drawings for internal dry partitions, ceilings, and roof facades.
· Site Surveying: Visit project sites to take highly accurate measurements and assess existing structural conditions prior to design execution.
· Client Consultation: Actively engage with clients to deeply understand, analyze, and document their interior requirement and aesthetic goals.
· Concept Presentation: Effectively present and explain design concepts, technical drawings, and material specifications to customers, ensuring alignment with their vision.
· Feasibility Studies: Travel to outstation locations to conduct thorough site feasibility studies and evaluate project viability.
· Project Coordination: Liaise closely with the project installation team, providing technical guidance to ensure flawless execution and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related technical engineering degree with a strong architectural foundation.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven field work experience in interior architecture, dry partitions, ceilings, or related construction fields.
· Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting and 3D modeling software. Solid understanding of structural integrity for interior drywalls and roof facades.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical jargon into easily understandable concepts for clients.
· Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to local project sites and outstation locations as required.
