Job Description:
We are seeking a NPD Engineer with a background in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to work in our New Product Development department. This role offers hands-on experience in product design, testing, and development, ideal for recent engineering graduates passionate about innovation in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products.
- Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
- Assist in evaluating materials, design specifications, and functionality to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Document processes and provide regular updates to management on project status.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for optimized product performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (required) .
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for hands-on learning.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome (no prior experience required).
