Channel Partner Relationship Executive
Stone Street is looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to help grow and manage our network of real estate brokers and channel partners across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Understand active property inventory and client requirements.
- Identify potential matches between properties and buyers, investors, tenants, or developers.
- Coordinate follow-ups, introductions, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain records of opportunities and broker interactions.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and successful transactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- A proactive, disciplined, and persistent mindset.
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through until opportunities are either successfully closed or fully explored.
- A solutions-oriented individual who enjoys creating value through relationships and deal-making.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
