Job Summary
The Technical Lead for WebSphere Commerce Server, Java will be responsible for leading the technical team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions using WebSphere Commerce Server and Java. The role involves overseeing project delivery, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the technical team in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using websphere commerce server and java.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websphere commerce server and java development.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system performance.
6. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality meets organizational standards.
Skill Requirements
1. Extensive experience in designing and developing solutions using websphere commerce server and java.
2. Proficient in websphere commerce server customization, including catalog, member, order subsystem, trading, and payment systems.
3. Strong knowledge of java/j2ee technologies, including servlets, jsp, jdbc, hibernate, and spring.
4. Experience with web technologies such as html, css, javascript, and restful web services.
5. Familiarity with database technologies like db2, oracle, or sql server.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
