Position Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) & Admin who has at least 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service. The role is fully remote and offers a fantastic opportunity to manage outbound lead generation campaigns, handle crucial administrative functions, and directly impact our market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective clients from provided lead databases.
- Effectively pitch Zimble One's offerings, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for senior team members.
- Handle customer queries, manage objections, and maintain a consistent daily talk-time pipeline.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate call logs and lead details.
- Assist with basic data entry, daily operational reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with management to streamline business development workflows.
- Support company operations by tracking and coordinating team-wide activities and schedules.
- Serve as a central point of contact to ensure team members remain aligned on key deliverables and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound inside sales, or high-volume customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving daily calling metrics and handling customer objections confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate business value.
- Self-motivated discipline to work independently and maintain high output in a remote setup.
- Must have a reliable laptop/PC, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free home office environment.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Prior experience handling sales or lead generation in the IT, Software, or Cloud Services industry.
- Familiarity with lead management systems or popular CRM software.
