What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries, complaints, and orders.
- Problem Solving: Deliver quick, accurate resolutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience on every call.
- Data Management: Maintain clear documentation and update customer interaction histories in our CRM database.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure final closure on complex complaints.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet personal and team metrics including quality scores, attendance benchmarks, and daily productivity targets.
Who We Are Looking For (Eligibility Criteria):
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any field (Prior experience in international/domestic BPO, sales, or customer service is a big plus).
- Language Mastery: Strong verbal fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. You must be able to hold fluent, professional conversations in both languages.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts to support a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Speed: Highly motivated self-starters who can join immediately.
