Job Purpose
This role manages security risk, intelligence, and administrative facility operations for the Pune plant. The Lead is responsible for mitigating security hazards, ensuring high compliance, and overseeing all general site services to support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security, Intelligence & Vigilance
Risk Management: Conduct hazard assessments and execute security mitigation plans.
Loss Prevention: Ensure 100% material/vehicle compliance at gates and deploy proactive measures to prevent theft.
Intelligence: Proactively gather plant-level intelligence and report critical incidents to management.
Operations: Manage security manpower, technical gadgets (VMS), and quarterly process audits.
Reporting: Compile MIS and report monthly/quarterly to the APAC central team via eSFAR.
2. General Services & Facilities (GS&F)
Facility Management: Oversee canteen, transport, housekeeping, horticulture, and front office.
Budget & Cost Control: Administer GS&F budgets, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and manage vendor contracts.
Asset & Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance via scorecards and manage company assets, including leased cars.
Employee Wellness: Oversee the Occupational Health Center (OHC), CSR activities, and corporate events.
Experience Required
12 to 15 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills: Knowledge of modern security techniques, vigilance, investigation, HR-Admin Audit, MIS reporting (MS Office), and LN system or similar cross-verification.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, grievance handling, and local administrative liaisoning.
Linguistic Preference: Must be fluent in reading, writing & speaking Marathi and fair in English
Background: Manufacturing/ Engineering set-up

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹1,500,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
