- Conduct community outreach and identify individuals and families in need of support.
- Coordinate with NGOs, charitable trusts, hospitals, government departments, and healthcare institutions.
- Assist beneficiaries in accessing healthcare, welfare schemes, and emergency support services.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, CSR teams, and partner organizations.
- Organize awareness campaigns, health camps, and community engagement programs.
- Maintain beneficiary records, documentation, and case reports.
- Support project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Guide patients and families regarding available social welfare schemes and healthcare assistance.
- Ensure timely follow-up with beneficiaries and partner organizations.
- Represent the organization during community meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
