The company is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs, helping cancer hospitals automate workflows like trial matching, registry curation, and clinical data processing using AI agents integrated directly into EMRs. Trusted by leading cancer centers globally, the platform processes millions of oncology medical documents at scale.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations to drive complex cross-functional programs from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should have experience managing engineering-led initiatives, building scalable processes, and driving predictable delivery in fast-paced environments.
You’ll work closely with AI/ML, Engineering, Product, and Clinical Operations teams to build and scale enterprise healthcare AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of technical programs across Engineering, Product, and AI teams.
Own sprint planning, roadmap tracking, dependency management, and release execution.
Identify risks proactively and unblock teams to ensure timely delivery.
Establish scalable processes, dashboards, and program governance mechanisms.
Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Operations teams.
Ensure clear documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery visibility.
Must Haves
5–8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management in product companies.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
Experience working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science teams.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.
Good to Have
Experience in healthcare AI, health-tech, or regulated domains.
Exposure to clinical workflows, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare data platforms.
Prior experience in AI-driven products or enterprise SaaS environments.
MBA from reputed institutes preferred.
Preferred educational background: IIT / NIT / IIM.
